I am a novice gardener and needed an item I only saw sold on their website. I emailed to ask about proper use and what other materials I may need and ended up emailing back and forth with Adam about a dozen times because of all my follow up questions. He could not have been more helpful in answering my questions and helping me get my system set up. Would definitely recommend.

Customer service experience was wonderful. I had some questions about some things that I was ordering and I got more than the answers I was looking for, which made it very easy for me to place my order.
